1. Chef's Omakase course with Sake pairing 24,000 yen ( Sales tax included)
2. Non pairing (Food only) 20,000 yen (Sales tax included)
In the first half of the course, you will be served eight to eleven small appetizers prepared with local fresh ingredients. We are pairing finest Sake with each dish. In the second half, Chef will serve twelve pieces of sushi based on the seasonal catch at Toyama Bay.
Price including beverages. Chef’s Omakase course is taken time approximately 2.5 hours to 4 hours. The amount of Sake included in at the first eight course will be about 60 cc each, A total of 480 cc will serve per person.
