As our restaurant offers a "Chef's Choice Course" themed around Toyama Bay on that day, we generally do not customize individual courses.
If you have any allergies, please inform us of the details by phone or email before making a reservation. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know if we can accommodate your request.
*Due to the procurement and preparation of ingredients, we are unable to accommodate allergy declarations made on the day of your visit or allergy declaration messages that have not been confirmed. Please be sure to confirm in advance.

[About foods I dislike]
Our restaurant offers an omakase (chef's choice) course designed for a "small-portion, diverse culinary experience," therefore we do not customize the course to individual preferences.
If there are any ingredients you absolutely must exclude, please be sure to contact us by phone or email before making your reservation.
*We can accommodate requests for omitting condiments such as wasabi or green onions, as well as minor adjustments. Please let us know in the reservation comments section if you have any requests.
*We cannot accommodate requests made on the day of your visit. Please be sure to confirm in advance.

[Restrictions on photography and recording inside the store]
Photography inside the restaurant is limited to taking pictures of the food provided to you.
To protect the privacy of other customers and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant, please refrain from taking photos of the restaurant's interior, staff, or chefs.
*Please refrain from taking videos or making audio recordings.
*Wearing glasses with camera or recording functions (such as smart glasses) is strictly prohibited.

To preserve the delicate flavors of our ingredients and out of consideration for other customers, please refrain from using excessive perfumes or fragrances.
